Information we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, organization (if provided), inquiry topic, message, and optional request for SAAFD updates. Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information needed to operate and protect the site.

Why we use the information

We use form details to respond to inquiries about the SAAFD methodology, book, training, and related activities. We use your update preference only when you choose to request further communications. We do not use the contact form to take payment.

Form processing

Contact submissions may be processed and stored by the website hosting/form provider, then delivered to an authorized SAAFD email recipient. If this website is deployed using Netlify, Netlify Forms handles submission processing. If it is deployed using the included PHP configuration, the site's hosting provider handles the transmission. The site itself does not include third-party advertising or analytics scripts.

Retention and sharing

We retain inquiries as needed to follow up and manage related communications. Access should be limited to people handling SAAFD inquiries and the service providers needed to operate the site. We do not sell inquiry details. Retention settings and procedures should be reviewed by the site owner when the hosting and contact workflow are finalized.

Your choices

You may request correction, deletion, or an end to optional marketing updates by emailing info@saafd.org. We may retain information where necessary to meet legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations.
